This procedure allows you to upload the submittal related documents and its associated hyperlinks.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Submittals.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

  3. Click Refresh for screen update.

  4. Click the Submittal Register tab. The Submittal Register panel appears.

  5. In the Submittal Register panel, click the Submittal ID hyperlink. The Submittal Details panel appears.

  6. In the Submittal Details panel, click the Documents tab. The existing submittal related documents appear.

    • By default, the last selected transmittal appears in the Submittal ellipsis. To change the transmittal, click the Submittal ellipsis in the green parameter bar and select the required submittal.

    • To view the existing attached documents, click the Attachment hyperlink.

    • To view the existing document URL, click the URL hyperlink.

  7. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

  8. Type the required Description.

  9. Click the Save button.

  10. (Optional) Attach the required document files. Follow the procedure below to attach the required document files.

    1. Click the Attachment field. The Attachment dialog box appears.

    2. Click the Upload button. The Upload Document dialog box appears.

    3. Click the Choose File button to select a file to upload and click the OK button. The Attachment dialog box appears.

      The document details appear in the Attachment dialog box.

    4. Type the description of the document in Document Description.

    5. Click the Close button. The selected file is attached in the Documents tab.

    6. Click the Save button.

  11. (Optional) Add the required hyperlink. Follow the procedure below to add the hyperlink.

    1. Type the required web address of the risk document in the Comment or URL column.

    2. Click the Save button. The web address typed in the Comment or URL column auto-populates as a hyperlink in the URL column.

      Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete a selected row.
