Alix supports Safety Observations by enabling users to access safety-related information, create and manage safety observations, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Example Prompt: List the Safety Observations that do not have a Safety Incharge/Action By assigned in Project X

In the Message Alix box, enter List out Safety Observations that do not have a Safety Incharge/Action By assigned in PRJ-000006 - SK 1.

After you enter the question, Alix displays the list in a tabular format and then asks whether you want Alix to notify a specific person or provide the project’s distribution list so you can assign the Incharge/Action By.

Select the Safety Observations tab and verify the list and details generated in the Alix chat window.
