Alix streamlines Near Miss Reporting by enabling you to access Near Miss information, perform key reporting actions, and manage Near Miss events efficiently.

• Ability to request general information about a Near Miss Report

• Ability to create a new Near Miss Report

• Ability to withdraw a Near Miss event

• Ability to notify or report delays in Near Miss events

To use Alix, select on the tool bar.

Refer to EcoSys Alix Help for guidance.

Example Prompt: Create a New Near Miss Event in Project X? .

1. In the Message Alix box, enter Create a new Near Miss Event in the project PRJ-000008 - Agentic_NMR?.

2. Reply with the mandatory values in the same sequence as requested by Alix:

   • Near Miss Title

   • Severity Name

   • Identification Classification Name

   • Identification Category Name

   • Task Associated Name

   • Date Time Today

   After you enter the values, they might not appear with the same formatting in the chat.

3. To confirm the NMR Event details, enter YES.

   

4. Select the Log tab, and verify the details created.

   
   When writing the prompt for an NMR event, provide the Title of the Near Miss Event rather than the Near Miss ID.
