Project Commitments - EcoSys - 4.43 - Help - Octave

Alix helps you manage and analyze project commitments by performing actions like:

• Ability to request general information about any Commitment in the system.

• Ability to request comparison information across multiple Commitments.

• Ability to create a new Commitment.

  Deletion using MCP is not recommended.

To use Alix, select on the tool bar.

Refer to EcoSys Alix Help for guidance.

Example Prompt: How much Committed Cost do I have for Project X?

1. In the Message Alix box, enter: How much Committed Cost do I have for Project - PRJ-000003?

2. After you enter the question, Alix displays the committed costs.

3. Alix then asks, "Would you like me to calculate the total Committed Cost for the project (I will sum the values)?"

4. Enter YES to get the total sum.

   

5. Select the Commitment Register tab and verify the value.
