Specifies the bending coefficient (Cb). Use 1.0 in computing the value of Fby and Fbz for use in Formula 1.6-1a or when the bending moment at any point in an unbraced length is larger than the moment at either end of the same length. Otherwise, Cb shall be:
Cb = 1.75 + 1.05(M1/M2) + 0.3(M1/M2)2
but not more than 2.3, where (M1/M2) is the ratio of the smaller to larger moments at the ends.
