Fixed an issue with a variable angle change for a structural element axis orientation. The issue was caused by a double conversion of the angle from degrees to radians for every elastic modulus selection in the Static Analysis - Load Case Editor Dialog. (TR-TX-39566)

Corrected the text for an Error Check warning when Nozzle Flexibility is specified, and the nozzle diameter is greater than one third of the vessel diameter. The text incorrectly stated vessel radius. (TR-TX-27686)
