Controls the CAESAR II error checking tolerance for the "closeness" of points on the bend curvature. The default value is 5.0-degrees.
Nodes on a bend curvature that are too close together can cause numerical problems during solution. Where the radius of the bend is large, such as in a cross-country pipeline, it is not uncommon to find nodes on a bend curvature closer than 5-degrees.
