Dimensions
Horizontal Offset
Enter a value for the horizontal offset.
Nosing Offset
Enter a value for the nosing offset.
Bottom Extend
Define how far the bottom step extends from the front of the next step.
Max Rise
Define the maximum vertical distance between each step surface.
Run
Define the horizontal distance between the front of each step.
Top Extend
Define how far the top step extends.
The Height and the Angle options are only available when you edit the stair.
Height
Specifies the height of the stair. When you edit this value, the stair height stretches downwards from where the top of the stair attaches to the beam.
Angle
Specifies the angle of the stair. When you edit this value, the stair adjusts the angle from where the top of the stair attaches to the beam.

Stingers
Shape
Select a member shape from those available in the Project file.
Section Data Table
Select a section data table from those available in the data tables for the member type. The list changes based on the Section Type setting and populates the Member Size list.
Member Size
Select a size from those available in the data tables for the member type.
Material
Select a material from those available in the Project file.
Angle
Specifies the angle, in degrees, by which the cross-section is rotated about the member axis.
Cardinal Point
Specifies the relative position of the structural cross-section to the member placement line.
Reflect
Reflects or mirrors the cross-section about the member's local z-axis.
Treads
Pan Tread Step
Select this option to use the Pan Tread Step template to define stair dimensions.
Thickness - The thickness of the material.
Depth - The vertical distance between step horizontal surfaces.
Width - The distance between the front and back of the step.
Angle - Specify the angle at which the horizontal and vertical surfaces meet.
Nosing - The distance a step projects past the back of the previous step.
