Oracle Server Configuration - CADWorx - Installation & Upgrade

Log in as a user with administrator access to the server.

Turn off Windows Firewall. If this is not an option, please refer to the Oracle Installation Guide for information on the exceptions that must be put into place prior to installing Oracle on Windows.

In the Folder Options of File Explorer, clear the Simple File Sharing option.

1. Open File Explorer.

2. Select the View tab.

3. Click Options > Change folder and search options.

4. Select the View tab.

5. Scroll to the bottom and clear the Use Sharing Wizard (Recommended) option.

Click OK.
