Automatic process data - CADWorx - Help

You must use an external database to complete these steps.

1. Click Setup on the Process Lines panel.

2. Select System On (Dynamic Size/Spec).

3. Add categories and separators as needed.

4. Select a category, and then assign a value in the Default value box.

5. Click OK.

6. Click Pumps .

7. Select a pump, and then click OK.

8. Click to place the pump in the drawing, and then click to place the tag information.

   

9. Click Vessel , and add a vessel in the drawing.

10. Select a vessel, and then click OK.

11. Click to place the vessel in the drawing, and then click to place the tag information.

    

12. Click Major Primary , and draw a line between the pump and the vessel.

    You can change the color of the major primary line in the Layers.

    

13. Click Tag Line .

14. Select the major primary line.

    

15. Click to place the tag.

16. Click to rotate the tag.

    The software places the tag, and adds the line number to the Tag value.

    

17. Double-click the process line.

18. Click Process Data.

    The Process From, Process To, Actual From, and Actual To boxes display the correct values.
