  1. Click Setup Setup_PVFab_Equip_Tab on the Equipment tab.

  2. Click Layers on the Equipment Setup dialog box.

    The Layer Control dialog box displays.

  3. Type the name of the new layer in the Name box.

  4. Click Add.
