Creating content in another language - AcceleratorKMS - Version 5.0 - Help - Hexagon

Before you begin

You must open the content in Edit mode.

Procedure

1. Click the Change language icon at the top left of the page.

2. From the list of languages, select the language in which the content should be entered, in this case, Indonesia. (See Supported languages)

   

3. Fill in the required metadata fields (title, description, domain, etc.) in Indonesian.

To create a new statement in Indonesian:

1. Select +Item, click Type and choose the type of statement you want to add. If the statement type is actionable, choose a Role.

2. Enter required content and then click Create.

To add an Indonesian translation for an existing statement

1. Click the ellipsis icon > Edit. Multiple language tabs appear in the Statement Editor window.

   The available language translations for the statement are in bold and blue. All other language tabs appear in gray.

   

2. Enter the required content.

3. Click Preview and then Save.

   If statements are in a language different from Indonesian, you will notice prefixes indicating the language of each statement.

   

4. Ensure title of content is in Indonesian.

5. Click Preview and then Save.

In Preview mode, use the Change Language icon to switch between languages used within the content. This helps users read in their preferred language.
