Before you begin
-
Open the document in edit mode.
-
Click +Item or edit an existing statement.
-
Be aware of the following points:
-
If you're reusing a statement that has embedded HTML, you can preview the iFrame before reusing the statement.
-
If you're editing an existing statement, you cannot preview the iFrame in the statement editor.
-
Make sure end users have access to the iFrame you're embedding. Authentication falls outside the control of AcceleratorKMS. If the user is not logged in to the destination, they're prompted to log in.
-
If content is saved as PDF or Word or being viewed from the mobile application of AcceleratorKMS, a URL appears rather than the iFrame. Selecting the link still brings you to the source content.
-
If you're using Safari version 16.3 or earlier on iOS, you may experience performance issues when loading pages that include several iFrames.
-
Embedded content that relies on forms, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Excel, is not supported.
-
iFrame content is based on the external source and not controlled by AcceleratorKMS.
