To include a web link in your statement, you have two choices:

  • For a searchable URL: Use [ ] brackets around the URL followed by a space and then the text that you want to be clickable. Only the clickable text appears and not the full URL. For example, [https://www.acceleratorkms.com  AcceleratorKMS]. Only "AcceleratorKMS" appears and takes the user to the specified URL.

  • If the URL does not need to be searchable: Click the link icon in the statement toolbar.

    1. In the Link URL field, enter the URL, such as www.acceleratorkms.com.

    2. Toggle off Open in a new tab if you want the URL to open in the same window.

    The Open in a new tab option is enabled by default, so there is no need to toggle it on.

    1. Click the check mark icon.

    2. Select the link to edit the link text.
