Create, edit, or delete questions for users to self-test their document knowledge.

About this task
When the user reaches the end of the document training content, quiz questions are presented. With the various question types, you can provide the user the ability to self-test their knowledge and determine if there are areas of the document that should be reviewed again. When the user completes all the questions, they are presented with their results.
Procedure

(Optional) In the Training section, verify that an objective is identified.
An objective is not required but does provide valuable information to the user as to the purpose of the training.

To create a question, click Add question.

In the Question text field, add a question.
You can format the text using the available text tools.

Select the answer Type. Your options are Single Select, Multiple Select, or True or False.

If you select Single Select or Multiple Select, in the Answers area, click Add option for each potential answer.

If you select True or False, select either TRUE or FALSE.
A green check mark appears beside your option.

If you need to modify one of the questions, navigate to the question and answer area and make the required change(s).

Click Add question to add the next question, as required.

Click Preview.

Type a brief description of the changes made to the document.

Review the affected documents and select a post save action for each one.
Results
The questions display every time the training is accessed.
