Comment formatting on statements with basic tables - AcceleratorKMS - Version 4.0 - Release Notes/Bulletin - Hexagon

Issue

When review comments are added to a basic table (not dynamic) on an information statement, the comment bubble appears at the top instead of beside the commenter's name and table borders at the top appear doubled.
