Issue
When creating a new data collection key, if no key type is selected, the Create button is clicked, and either Single Select List or Multi-Select List is selected, an error message - "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'Options')" is displayed. This locks the ability to save editing progress in the document.
Workaround
Refresh the screen and save.
