Within a review, when the reviewer clicks "Complete review", they are automatically presented with the Transition task window. Previously, the reviewer had to find their task and click "Transition".
This change reduces the chance of the reviewer forgetting to transition their completed task and makes it easier for the reviewer to finalize their review task from anywhere in the review.
