About this task
Disabling an account prevents the user from logging in and also prevents tasks from being transitioned and completions from being assigned to that account.
Procedure

On the menu bar, click the gear icon > Users.
The system displays the Users page.

Click the edit icon beside the name of the user account you want to modify.
Disabled user accounts with existing role assignments in a domain continue to be associated to that domain while disabled.

In the Username field, select the Disabled check box.

Notify the user of your actions.

Click Save.
Results
The user account is now disabled.
