Properties tab

Property fields will vary based on each processor’s capabilities. Options may include fields for defining input directories, output paths, connection details or protocols, fields related to data processing, and other settings.

Properties noted in bold must be configured to run the processor. A help symbol is provided for most properties within the dialog window, to provide additional details and information about the field and its default values.

Custom property fields can also be added to extend the capability or functionality of a processor. This may be necessary when utilizing a REST API, for example, as specific header fields may be required for an API.

Custom properties with sensitive values should be used with caution. These custom sensitive properties are not retained when exporting a flow definition. These properties and their values would need to be manually re-entered.
